Here at FLOW, we offer personal training programs to fit your fitness needs. As society has moved away from a physically active lifestyle to a more sedentary one, postural and movement impairments are becoming increasingly common.
On top of it, many of us are now transitioning from going to the office to working from home or remotely. The amount of stress we are experiencing is unprecedented, and our goal here at FLOW is to support your body through a full wellness experience: Physically, Nutritionally, Mindfully.
If you think about it, physically, we spend roughly 23 hours in hip flexion (think sitting to eat, sitting at our jobs, sitting at the computer, etc.), and this imbalance in physical activity leads to bad movement habits, chronic pain, injury, and poor sleep. Certified by the National Academy of Medicine, I offer customized workout programs that are backed by scientific, evidence-based systems to analyze and correct, strengthen, and improve your health and performance.
Nutritionally we are in need of finding the right combination of nutrients to support our Immune Systems, reduce Inflammation, and maintain our energy levels.
Mindfully we look for strategies to keep the stress and anxiety at a minimum so our bodies can continue to function and perform at its optimal level.
